There are savings in sending e-cards

As more and more non-profits and companies are searching for ways to save money, every expense in their budget is put through for re-consideration. For instance, this holiday season was the first time the Michigan Education Association (MEA) thought about sending an e-card to staff instead of mailing a card. There was a considerable savings in their budget for printing and postage to send the cards, so that is what was decided.

Here is the e-card created for MEA.

I enjoyed the opportunity to apply my multimedia skills to another creative endeavor. It opened our minds here at 4 Forty-Four Concepts, to a service need—design several different e-card templates and then offer these to other organizations and businesses to purchase for the holidays. Not only is this a great ‘green’ way to wish your employees, staff or members happy holidays, but even after the expense of purchasing a digital e-card, there are still considerable savings.
